Add Pycharm IDE set-up to Appendix

Chapter 1 in the older version of this text (reference: http://pearcej.byethost24.com/ ) introduces many of the concepts of how to use and IDE, namely PyCharm, where this book does not.

Dr. Jan Pearce would like and addition to the Appendix of the book showing how to set-up and install an IDE, such as PyCharm.

I have changed the images and the Appendix file. Hopefully that works, but it didn't look like it.
