Making additions to chapter 7.2 from an older version of How to Think Like a Data Scientist. Reference to text: http://openbookproject.net/thinkcs/python/english3e/ The section being revised and edited will be 5.10 from the linked text.

Has been talked over with Dr. Brad Miller and Dr. Jan Pearce.

We have decided to make this small addition to level some of the confusion many students have had in this area of the text, mostly with common misunderstanding of how to apply the concepts of how to combine logical operators with if/then statements together.

This will not add any new pages, but only will add a single section to page to 7.2
