Use Docusaurus for better DX/UX

Docusaurus is a documentation generator used by many projects. We get a lot of functionality out of the box. I've taken the time to migrate over the already present documentation in master branch.

Looks good. Needs some work still. @frostbit3 Such as the homepage.
