Migrate to use amphp/parallel 2.x

parallel 2.x (among other things) contains fixes for newer PHP-releases. Can you maybe consider switching from 1.x to 2.x? That comes with raising a dep to php >= 8.1.

Hi @neufeind, yes this sounds like something we can do in Rubix ML 3.0 which requires PHP 8.4+. Do you see any issues with this @SkibidiProduction?
