Integrate some parts of Inventorio into the vanilla screen

As previously described in #318, it would be preferable to improve Inventorio's compat with other mods that alter the inventory screen in some way. I cannot reasonably manually integrate all other mods into the Inventorio screen, so a good compromise would be to add some of Inventorio's features to the Vanilla screen as well. For starters, I think adding the tool belt and utility belt in a similar fashion to how Trinkets does this may be feasible. And even deep pockets could be added as some sort of pop-up later on. I do not plan to remove the Inventorio screen though. And this should also all be possible to be disabled globally.
