add an option to disable the axe swapping in combat (turned on by default)

combat has become genuinely unplayable trying to use this together with tetratic combat and having inventorio swap to my objectively non-viable axe whenever i hit something with the sword in my main hand. considering uninstalling the mod for that alone, it is actually that bad.
