When design enzyme

When I design enzyme using RFdiffusion, I'm confused about some paras, potentials.guide_scale and potentials.guiding_potentials paras how do I set it acoording to corresponding enzyme ? Especially to potentials.substrate paras. What does LLK means in demo sh file?

LLK is the name of the ligand in the pdb file 5an7, used as a template.
