ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==1.7.1

Hi,

I am trying to run the colab and there is an error ¨ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==1.7.1¨

I think maybe this error can be corrected if the version of torch in the ¨requirements.txt" is changed for a newer one. Could you help me with this?
