What happens when I authorize the login or the login page stops and cannot be accessed?

I can't log in normally, why is that? After jumping to the software, there is no change at all, or the interface that requires login

In val it does not dtc humans as humans and sometimed thinks wood is a human. Im on fast setting and would apreacite any help.
