[Bug]: Issue with time format

The problem

I have Windows 11 23h2 en-US. My account date\time format is en-GB: dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm

After installation by remote management software with default parameters (under SYSTEM account), scheduled tasks were created with settings: Last time start: 11/03/2024 22:00 (time of installation). Trigger: every day at 06:00 Next Run time: 03/11/2024 06:00 So, the task has the first day of the next start in November. Fix for me - installation with time, without AM/PM: ".\Winget-AutoUpdate-Install.ps1 -Silent -UpdatesAtTime '06:00:00'
