Broken on Silverlight (including WP)

This actually isn't your bug and it's pretty obscure, but RxUI has removed Move from reactivelist only on Silverlight, here (https://github.com/reactiveui/ReactiveUI/commit/7224331f2b274c100546ac9b2e1fcf1c69987fa8). Don't ask me why. But this lib relies on it so obviously in many cases... boom.
