Website was hacked

Since I have not found any other way to communicate to Roland Pheasant: the website http://dynamic-data.org obviously was hacked and redirected to some indonesian site.

This issue popped up in the ReactiveUI DynamicData slack channel, so there's a good chance Roland will see it. I think the DynamicData git repository is located here: https://github.com/reactivemarbles/DynamicData

Not hacked, just had the domain expire. All references to that url should now be removed from the codebase and publishing workflows.
