No idea what to do about it, i did what the command told me, but it said that it's not recognised as an internal or external command. apparently i'm on 19.1. ty in advance!

Go to Microsoft Store and download python from there. Might fix your thing. If it does not fix, start tracking the problem from this: https://geek-university.com/python/add-python-to-the-windows-path/
