Change some shortcuts in macOS

Material Maker version: Material Maker v1.3

OS/device including version: MacOS 14.0, M1 Apple Silicon

Issue description: Some shortcuts don't work in macOS because they interfere with the shortcuts systems.

• Show or Hide Side panels is Command + Space , the same as Spotlight Search in mac, I suggest change it to Ctrl+Space as in Blender.
• Close is Shift + Command + Q, the same as log out in mac, I suggest change it to Shift + Ctrl + Q

Maybe there are more but for now these are the ones I found. It will be great to have a way to override the shortcuts in the future.
