Small issues with light theme

OS/device including version: Windows 10, GeForce GTX 760

Issue description:

This is not really important, but probably easy to fix. I noticed that in the light theme, sometimes the text on a button is very hard to read, like in the image below:

Also, the scrollbars stay in dark mode:

Steps to reproduce: Start Material Maker and set the theme to light.
