Add option to keep games and apps between folders but move everything else

I'd like to use this as a pseudo profile switcher of sorts I have a 3ds that is shared between two sisters and I'd like to have same functionality as it is right now so they can each have their own home screen theme and saves but still share games due to the 3ds only having 128gbs of storage and using 3ds bank as I'd right now makes thst 64gb each and the added need for duplicates

sadly due to the fact that the "profiles" are encrypted its not possible to move games between them.
