feat: Prioritize Recently Active Users in @ Mentions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When typing @ in the message box, it only displays all the users

Describe the solution you'd like When I type @ it should first display the recent users in the channel that have recently sent a message, and then the rest of the users. Something similiar to how it's done in Discord

Describe alternatives you've considered I currently have to click on the profile of the user who sent the message, copy their username, then @ them. This isn't very user friendly. If a user is @'ing someone, it is highly likely that they are tagging the recent members who have recently sent a message
