Full support for mailto links

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It is not possible to pass text to the subject and body of the message.

Describe the solution you'd like I want to support various options for mailto links, such as the body and subject fields. It might look like this: [this is an email link]([email protected]?subject=The%20subject%20of%20the%20email&body=send%20current-issue%0D%0Asend%20index)

I'll just leave this here, this works in my case in version 6.5.2 with mailto: before email [this is an email link](mailto:[email protected]?subject=The%20subject%20of%20the%20email&body=send%20current-issue%0D%0Asend%20index)
