test: create tests for omnichannel queue management

This task adds pending e2e tests for the Queue Management on Omnichannel. Qase: RC-2937 - Verify that the Waiting Queue message is correctly displayed when there are users waiting. RC-2939 - Verify that the Waiting Queue message is updated when a user joins the queue. RC-2940 - Verify that the Waiting Queue message is updated when a user leaves the queue.
