Restored installation in docker : can't install apps

Open vijdz opened this issue 3 years ago • 0 comments

Description:

When trying to install new applications, I always got this kind of message :

Sadly, an error occured while processing your request.

Request ID: 8bb56915-5197-482b-903a-a6ef1558721f
Error Code: 264
Error: workspace is missing

I already tried to re-connect this self hosted instance to my cloud console, and synced. The problem is still here.

Steps to reproduce:

Just trying to install a free app in the market place.

I recently moved this old ubuntu installation to a docker container (using mongodump). I add some troubleshoot during first launch (because of the setup wizard, and also TOTP config) but I managed those issues using env variables. Now everything is working smoothly, expect for this marketplace error.

Server Setup Information:

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 5.0.2
  • Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Deployment Method: Docker 20.10.17
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • DB Replicaset Oplog: enabled
  • NodeJS Version: 14.9.3
  • MongoDB Version: 4.4.15

Client Setup Information

  • Desktop App or Browser Version: desktop app 3.8.7
  • Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04
