Multiline code block doesn't work if no new line after opening ``` block

Old behavior: All combination have the same effect ```multiline test

Now only the last variant generate correct block Look like with issue became from 3rd party library as here on github it works in same manner as in 5.0 chat

This was claimed to be fixed in #26388, but it' s still not fixed as of 5.3.1.
