[Markdown] Links in brackets

Description:

There is an issue with links surrounded with brackets. Example with brackets: image image

Example without brackets: image image

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Check examples described above.

Expected behavior:

Link surrounded by brackets is parsed correct.

Actual behavior:

Incorrect parsed link

Server Setup Information:

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 4.3.3
  • Operating System: Centos7
  • Deployment Method: docker-compose
  • Number of Running Instances: 9
  • DB Replicaset Oplog: YES
  • NodeJS Version: v12.22.8
  • MongoDB Version: 4.2.19

Client Setup Information

  • Desktop App or Browser Version: all
  • Operating System: all

It's like this for ages. Only workaround I found is to add an extra space.

This specific issue it was fixed in the last release
