[IMPROVE] Jump To File Option In Files

Description:

It's a good user experience if we add jump to file option in the files section also

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Any channel
2. Click on Files on the Top right
3. Click on any file
4. No option of a jump to file

Expected behavior:

When the user opens the menu for a particular file, there is only a download and delete option available, we can add the jump to the file option which will redirect to that file inside the chat.

Actual behavior:

No Jump to file option available
