hi I have problems with upload and download video at IOS Server Version Rocketchat 1.1.0 Device: iPhone 7 and 8 - iOs 12.1.2 RocketChat Client iOs 3.5.0 - AppStore Version What can I do to help finding the cause of this? Thank

I doubt you have exactly the same setup as the OP. In any event his Rocket.Chat version was out of date.

Make sure you are running the latest version of Rocket.Chat. It’s very likely simply updating will resolve your issue.

So upgrade to latest Rocket.Chat first, and test with the 'Experimental' React Native client

So.. No, its not the same setup:

• Your Rocket.Chat app version: 3.5.2
• Your Rocket.Chat Experimental app version: 1.24.0
• Your Rocket.Chat server version: 2.1.1
• Device (or Simulator) you're running with: Apple iPhone XR, iOS13.1.3

Checked with newest App and React Native Experimental App. Both crashed when tried to play a movie taken by Phone in the Rocket.Chat-App. But the problem the OP had likes to be the same.
