Description: IOS open file with error "Error while downloading file"

Environment Information:

• Rocket.Chat Server Version: 6.9
• Rocket.Chat App Version: 4.49.1.61641
• Device Name: iphone XR
• OS Version: 15.6

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open chat window
2. click xxx.pdf
3. click download png

Expected behavior:

open PDF file & download png & download video

Actual behavior:

"Error while downloading file" "Error while saving video" "Error while saving image"

This is a permissions or device storage error. Please try to reinstall the application, test on another device, or send the file with the error as it was not possible to reproduce the error here.

This issue has only recently emerged; About half a month ago, my iOS device had no issues. Recently, some iOS client devices are experiencing this issue, while others are not (so far, no Android phones have shown this problem). However, none of us had this issue half a month ago. Could it be related to the recent client upgrade? I have already reinstalled the client and cleared the cache, but it still doesn't seem to work.

We can also confirm this error on some devices. It has nothing to do with the file (sometime it works and sometimes the error appears).

ATM we dont know what is causing this. But its a problem

It's been a year. The latest version still has the same issue. Haha interesting And I also reported a E2EE issue #5977 on IOS APP but still no one cares

I confirmed that image getting locked issue not the download one (i suggest to keep discussing only download one here)

I tried to test the issue on open.rocket.chat server and able to download all type of attachments 😅

No one mentioned that they were unable to download E2EE images and videos, so I skipped it.

please try to provide correct information so i can reproduce the issue and try to fix it
