[TODO] Backport advanced features from RC4Conferences to this outdated repository

Evolution of the RC4Community platform has been happening on RC4Conferences project. Both the architecture and support has been advanced significantly.

This included:

• auth re-work
• data initialization improvement
• role-permission system on superprofile
• substantially more functional build-deploy script

It is now a good time to backport all those advanced changes back to this project.

Thanks a ton @Sing-Li, but I do understand this was just a very basic feature that I've implemented and back-ported, and that this is just the start....hopefully with time I would be able to learn a lot and make some significant contributions as well!!

I'm sure I'll learn a lot while implementing #184! Thanks @Dnouv for the constant guidance and quick responses!!
