Bug: Unable to Delete Messages Sent by Apps in Embedded Chat

Description:

In the embedded chat of Rocket.Chat, messages sent by apps cannot be deleted. Even users with the appropriate permissions (such as admins) are unable to remove these messages.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install and configure an app that sends messages in embedded chat.
2. Send a message using the app.
3. Attempt to delete the message from the chat.

Expected behavior:

Users with the necessary permissions should be able to delete messages sent by apps, just like regular messages.

Actual behavior:

The delete option is not available.
