Bug: GIF File type can not be detected

Description:

Currently, there are several issues with how GIFs are handled and displayed in chat messages:

GIFs sometimes fail to render properly in messages GIF sizes are inconsistent across different messages GIF animations may break when using certain display options URL construction for GIFs isn't properly handling all possible formats

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Giphy on the server.
2. Send Gifs by typing /giphy.

Hey @Satyam880880. I have already made a PR on this issue. There are plenty of other issues opened or you can report a bug or implement a new feature.
