Bug: Duplicate keyboard shortcut description for message navigation

Description:

In the keyboard shortcuts help section, there is a duplicate description for two different keyboard shortcuts:

• Command (or Alt) + Left Arrow - Move to the beginning of the message

• Command (or Alt) + Up Arrow - Move to the beginning of the message

• Command (or Alt) + Right Arrow - Move to the end of the message

• Command (or Alt) + Down Arrow - Move to the end of the message

This appears to be incorrect as these distinct keyboard combinations should likely perform different navigation functions.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Type /help
2. Press Enter

Hey @Spiral-Memory! As I have further inquired into this issue i have found that these descriptions are coming directly from Rocket.core. Should i open an issue there or override these texts. Or am i missing some point here?
