Brief Title

Acceptance Criteria fulfillment

[ ] Implemented followMessage and unfollowMessage methods in the API integration.
[ ] Added "Follow" and "Unfollow" options in the message toolbox with appropriate icons (Bell, BellSlash).

Fixes #842
