Error Pinning Message

Description:

When click the Button to pin Message, an error-toastbar occurs displaying Error pinning message.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to chat-box
2. Click on Pin-Message button on any message
3. See the error

Expected behavior:

Either the button should only be displayed for admin users, or the toastbar should show a different message.

Actual behavior:
