As an EmbedChat developer

I need to: Document the differences between EmbeddedChat and iFrame

So That: The scope and features for both are distinct and clear

Acceptance Criteria

  • [ ] Difference in features (one channel vs multichannel)
  • [ ] UI improvements (UI breaks happening in iframe)
  • [ ] Usecases!
