[Doc] rai_perception - update the image rai_packages.png with new package name

change the label of rai openset to rai perception. The image in git repo is .png so we need to regen and check the newer version in.

Hi @Juliaj Could you please advise on the best way to regenerate the .png file? Also, I think the Dockerfile needs to be updated for perception, should I create the PR? Thanks

Thank you, @sachinkum0009, for your interest in this! I think the core team uses excalidraw for diagrams. For this case, it would be simpler to update the original source file, which I don't have access to. @maciejmajek, do you know who has the copy?

For the Dockerfile update, could you please start by creating a GitHub issue that outlines the required changes? This will help track the work.
