usb traces (3.8.13-bone43 and 3.13)

I got a few of those traces while using an usb-wifi-adapter + usb hub.. these are from 3.8 but issue persists with 3.13.

could that be due to linux powering down usb ports for somekind of powersave?

got the same with CONFIG_USB_SUSPEND=n so it's probably not that
