No thumbs on iPhone X

I created a div on my webpage with scrollable content inside it. The scrolling work just well, but on my iPhone X with both Safari and Chrome, the scrollbar thumb is not showing. I can scroll but nothing show on the right side, not even the default device scrollbar. Is it a normal behavior ? Is there any fix ?
