Allow setting min/max range for target temperatures

Cooper & Hunter CH-SI2FTXAM2S-WP has a temperature range that starts at 8 degrees Celsius (for keeping unused premises above freezing temperature in winter). With every Gree AC component update it is necessary to edit the .py file and change the temperature range. Could that be avoided with future updates?
