Code block formatting bug in Web View and Formatter Feature

The opening tags for the code block are fine <pre><code class="language">, but the final ``` at the end of the code block are not stripped and I don’t see the closing tags </code></pre>. If I add those tags in manually to the HTML, then everything looks good though.
