@philipbaileynar I am trying (through filling a report card out that was overdue) get our template dialed in for Riverscapes Compliance report cards. I tried on bringing into this the F-A-I-R evaluation too.

I have fixed and pushed some minor typos. Bigger questions:

• I don't understand the mention of capacity model. Is this legacy text from fish habitat software?
• I don't understand the relevance of BRAT here. Is this legacy text?
