Serialization?

Great job with this library!

This is just what I need for an open source project I'm working on, but I need serialization support.

Do you have any plans for that or do you accept PRs?

@Performador you write the code and I'll certainly take a look at the PR!

Ideally serialize to an storage abstraction, include units for to/from and aim for high coverage on the tests.

I'm travelling at the moment so may take longer to respond to messages.
