[feature request] VALORANT game state integration for custom spectator huds

Reasoning:

Similar to csgo, custom spectator huds for a tournament/league would be a very nice feature to have/be able to make. This can also allow an easier way to gather stats and figures from a match.

Is there any APIs facilitating the creation of stream overlays yet? This fan creation seems to need OCR instead of real game state integration, so I'm guessing not yet?
