[Feature Request] [LoR] Deck Name in static-decklist and all decks

It would be lovely to have deck name in static-decklist API endpoint, so we could automatically import decks.

Moreover, it would be great to have some all-decklists endpoint, which will return all decks player has in format: { "DeckName": string "DeckCode": string, "CardsInDeck": array, "LastModified": Date }
