Pre-built binaries of `libdeepfilter` (C API)

I looked through GH Releases and I couldn't find pre-built binaries of libdeepfilter. Providing easy access to the C API would be a welcome and appreciated addition.

P.S. In the meantime I'm hosting a build script and unofficial x64 Linux builds here: https://github.com/recursiveGecko/libdeepfilter-builds
