popping/crackling/skipping audio when using the ladspa plugin

When I'm using deepfilternet (built from master) filter with pipewire, several applications will produce crackling audio. Workaround seems to be increasing the default.clock.min-quantum in pipewire.conf from the default 32 to at least 1024.

rnnoise filter does not cause similar issues.
