Upgrade Android Gradle plugin to 3.6.2

  • update Gradle wrapper to 5.6.4
  • enable ViewBinding

Seems to be failing on CI, though overall it looks ok.

@jonduran3000 - also, i have a few empty cycles and going to look into updating other libs. unless there is something more interesting and more urgent ..

At the moment I think updating the other dependencies is probably the most urgent thing on the list.
