annotated_data/lowery/states3n.xlsx is wrong?

i match the state in states3n.xlsx with table 1 of the paper "Interaction with caveolin-1 modulates vascular ATP-sensitive potassium (KATP) channel activity" (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2976020/)

state 1,2,3,45, should be c1,o2,o1,c2,c3. So the open/close label = [0,0,0,1,1] in states3n.xlsx is wrong?

Look like you are correct, so to reproduce the data in that paper should be [0,1,1,0,0] Agree?
