Removed Build Artifacts

I removed the libc.a and crt0.o build artifacts. I also removed the include headers imported from newlib. I've added a script that builds this repo in BareMetal-OS (using the latest newlib).

I haven't been able to tell if the HTTP service is working, though. I see a message that the program prints out that tells me it starts, that's it so far. @IanSeyler you can leave this PR open until we know it's working or you can merge it and I'll open another one for correcting the other issues.
