[Bug]: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'hysteria2_api' & Problem with an allias

What went wrong?

• System: Ubuntu 20.04
• I use my user, not root

1. I tried to Start WebPanel service
2. Filled the form to configure it
3. Got an ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'hysterya2_api'

I also noticed that the user will not be checked during installation and accordingly, the alias 'hys2' is added to the '.bashrc' file in the root folder, not in the user folder.

Any other helpful information?
