Add discord button

Although I do not like discord - a lot of people and players do. And I see quite a lot of games which include discord so you can keep discord running instead of the game while waiting / searching for players. Also most people have no problems using discord but using IRC.

Thats why I think we should also add a discord button (HP and ingame) like a lot of games do. I can create an icon (don't know if we are allowed to create a settlers2 styled icon) for a button.

Thats the server I created: https://discord.gg/kyTQsSx , this invite link is permanent and if we want to use discord, I can create some groups for "normal" users and "team" users.

Do we also want to add discord rich presence support like Citra or Dolphin?

As I do not really use discord I can't tell if we should add such feature as well - but doesn't sound bad at all so guess it's a good way

So opening the browser from linux would have different ways to try:

• ...

Windows:
