Python bindings for SNS_IK

Hi there, is it possible to generate a python API for the sns_IK? It would be very helpful to incorporate this IK into simulation codebase. Thanks!

@JulianYG we do not currently have Python bindings for SNS, but it would be entirely possible to add them. I'll note this as a feature request, but feel free to contribute code / designs for the bindings.
