contiguity check is acting werid--see screenshot below

Describe the bug Detects a contiguous block to be non-contiguous and gives the error.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the entry page
2. create a community in michigan
3. go to the blocks shown in the screenshot
4. select blocks i have selected and try clicking the grey block, u'll see the notification pop up

Expected behavior The pop up should not come up Screenshots
